Who is behind Facilon

Facilon is a product of Schmid IT-Solution, a sole proprietorship from Winterthur, founded in 2026. Its owner, Vincent Schmid, develops and runs Facilon himself.

So you deal with the person who builds the software: for questions, for requests and when something does not work.

Why Facilon exists

Many small and medium-sized businesses in Switzerland still organise their day with Excel sheets, paper lists and the memory of individual employees.

In service teams it often looks like this: the jobs are in a spreadsheet, the offer is written in Word, the invoice is typed again by hand later, and only the person who plans knows who is free. That works as long as nobody is absent and nothing is forgotten.

Facilon puts these steps into one workflow: record client data, plan jobs in the calendar and assign them to employees, write offers and turn them into tasks and invoices, with the Swiss QR bill if you want it.
