Where everyday work in a cleaning company gets stuck
The weekly plan is an Excel file on one computer in the office. On Monday morning at half past six someone calls in sick, and you start phoning around: who takes the stairwell on Bahnhofstrasse, who the medical practice at eight? The address, the contact person and the note about the key are somewhere in a message from last year.
Then there are the one-off jobs. For the move-out cleaning you write an offer in Word in the evening; after the handover you type the same items again into the invoice and add the QR payment part with a second program. Each step is small; together they cost the hours you cannot bill to anyone.

Plan jobs in the calendar
Every job is a task with client, address, start and end time and one or more assigned people. The planning board shows the month, week or day, also per employee. If someone is already scheduled at the same time, Facilon reports the conflict.
See absences before the client calls
You enter holidays and sick leave for the team. Facilon shows which open jobs fall into the absence, so you can reassign them. Your people see their own jobs with address and client details on their phone.
From the offer to the QR-bill
Items such as “move-out cleaning, 3.5 rooms” or “window cleaning” are stored once as templates with amount and VAT rate. From the offer you create the task and later the draft invoice, without retyping anything. The invoice is a PDF with your logo and the Swiss QR payment part.
Questions from cleaning companies
Can I set up recurring cleaning jobs as a series?
No, there is no recurrence function at the moment. Every job is created as its own task in the calendar, with client, address, time and assigned person. Regular maintenance cleaning is therefore entered appointment by appointment.
Do my employees also see offers and invoices?
No. Employees see the tasks assigned to them and their calendar. Offers, invoices, team management and the company settings are reserved for the company admin.
What happens when someone is absent at short notice?
You record the absence, and Facilon lists that person’s open tasks in the affected period. You assign these tasks to someone else; if that person is already scheduled at the same time, a note about the time conflict appears.
What does Facilon cost for a cleaning company with five people?
The Pro plan for up to 5 users costs CHF 30 per month or CHF 300 per year. For larger teams there is the Scale plan with an individually agreed number of seats. Every plan starts with a free trial without a credit card.
